What a long weekend!

Wow, I'm tired! Hope everyone enjoyed the weekend. Back into the roll of things in the am.

We had a peaceful evening at home Friday night. Had DH's family over on Saturday into Sunday. We had allot of great food around and of course the fire pit going. I worked for Hubby in Sunday am so he can have a good weekend with his family. Gotta love having our own business where we can alternate days off.

Monday we went to DH's brothers (Tim) tractor pull. Tim didn't do so good but hey it was great weather and allot of fun. Other brother Steve even tried it for fun. He really didn't do good, but had allot of fun!

School back in session tomorrow. Weather is getting cooler out and my allergies are full force. Can't breath, can't see, and coughing my lungs out, but I put up with it because I love this time of year.

Pic of my swap tin. I am trying to get as organized as possible. Now if the printouts would only make there way inside. Guess I'll have to keep it next to the printer on the desk.

Well guess what I'll be working on next week?

PAINT CANS!! We deliver for a paint company and they gave me a great deal on 5 gallons, 5 quarts and 5 pints.I'm starting to get ready for the holidays. These may take me a few days but will post when I get some of them done. All of the ladies in the family will be getting paint cans with cards inside to refill there boxes. They are loving this. For the past two years no one in our family has had to purchase a card in a store. They have them right at there fingertips. I even give my nieces and nephews cards for Mother's Day, Father's Day, Grandparents Day etc....

Hope everyone is having a great Labor Day! Party starts here today at 3:00 this afternoon. Cookout, friends and fun. What more could you ask for?

Altered Notebook

I love altering items. I think I enjoy it more now then I do making cards and scraping. I guess it's just one of those times where you get caught up into one thing for awhile.

Purchased at the good ole Dollar Store. Just had to have one for myself. After making it and everyone started seeing it I ended up making 4 more the same day!

Needless to say I'm done with the notebook thing for awhile.
